FIRST & SECOND FIX CARPENTRY
First fixing is where your house starts to take shape. Internal stud walls will go up and door frames will be put in place. It is at this stage that you might decide to move things around a bit. Having a patient accommodating builder at this point is key to getting exactly what you want.
Decisions have to be made on electrical points and outlets at first fix stage. We understand that at times thing need to change once you can visualise each room and thats not a problem for us.

Your house or renovation has really come together now and the end is in sight. This part of the build is often rushed but we take our time and make sure every joint and finish is perfect.
